We believe that flexibility is very important, because it plays an essential role in listing an accommodation. This includes important criteria, such as, the freedom to determine which days you want to make available, what the fee should be per night and the house rules you set. These flexible functionalities are not always self-evident, but as a platform we always want to provide a service that gives our users a wonderful experience.
As a host, you can use dynamic prices for all stays thanks to the new calendar on our web app. It's extremely useful, for example, for the holiday season, public holidays, or weekends. In addition, you also have the option to repeat these prices annually, monthly, or weekly for those specific periods.
We are proud that we were able to realize this functionality before the end of 2020 to increase the chance of successful bookings!
