Sofabed in neat fully equipped beachside apartment

About the accommodation

The house is located in São João do Estoril, 200 m far from the beach. I'm offering up to 2 guests a sofa bed inserted in the living room (shared area), kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine, shared bathroom, and occasional car parking if necessary, all to be shared only with me, the other person living in the house in a private bedroom. I also offer storage area for personal belongings and kitchen items. Amenities and train station within 5 min walk. For periods where I'm not in the house the bedroom is also rentable.
